Are you as smart as some Japanese 4 year olds? I've known for a while that Japanese kids have to take an entrance exam to get into high school... but what I didn't know is that some "yochiens" (that is, preschools/kindergartens) require an entrance exam as well. That's right. Four and five year olds have to take a test to get into some of these elite yochiens. Here's a sample question from the yochien entrance exam. Can you figure it out?
